Junior User Experience Engineer - Foraker Labs (2014 - 2015)

Designed and evaluated user interfaces for all company projects as both a project lead, and in a support role to other company projects. Additional duties included quality assurance testing and copywriting.

IT Technician - Anderson Language & Technology Center (2011 - 2014)

Developed and actively managed the ALTEC website and physical spaces; performed technical support, and oversaw the installation and disposal of equipment (computers, audio/video, etc.); trained all new employees; and was responsible for ALTEC site security.

IT Assistant - Anderson Language & Technology Center (2008 - 2010)

Assisted in the development and maintence of library website, social media accounts, and the inventory of library materials.

Librarian - Anderson Language & Technology Center (2006 - 2008)

Resposible for library and equipment maintenance; materials acquisition and inventory; and assisting patrons. Also provided techinical support for smart classrooms and equipment beyond the physical library in language learning classrooms.

"Buy Cereal" - A Text Game - Serenity Forge Game Jam (2016)

"Buy Cereal" is a short and very simple HTML5-based text game. The story itself was meant to provide a glance into the life of someone who is in the process of healing from an unidentified trauma, but hasn't quite reached the other side just yet.

User Testing - Hot Tin Roof - Glass Bottom Games (2014 - 2015)

Designed and executed playtests and conducted heuristic reviews to identify bugs and usability issues in the game. The data collected was used to suggest design changes and guide development prior to launch.

"Alternative Testing Methods" World Usability Day - Foraker Labs (2014)

Hosted a demonstration on "alternative" methods of user testing for World Usability Day 2014. The presentation included a demonstration playtest which required the creation of a custom-build pulse sensor. The event itself was the only one of its kind within an almost 600-mile radius, and was attended by members of the local technology and startup community.

"User Testing on a Budget" - Colorado IGDA (2014)

Authored a guide addressing solutions for user testing under budget and resource constraints for the Colorado Independent Game Developers Association. Project culminated in a presentation and a companion article published on Gamasutra.

Educational Media Production - AgentCubes (2012 -2013)

Conducted market research to guide the process of creating, and then created, promotional and instructional materials for AgentSheet’s NSF-sponsored "AgentCubes" game design and creation software.

Community Networking Tool - Master's Degree Practicum (2012)

Managed team through the initial research, design, and prototyping of a website designed to connect service providers with their target demographics. The result was a Drupal-based open-source community networking website and a sister site.
